- Elephant Camp – have the unique opportunity to ride one of these lumbering beasts. Enjoy a short trek through the topical jungle on a majestic elephant.
- Tiger Cave Temple – “Tham Suea” or Tiger Cave gets its name for many incidents including a rock looking like tiger paws and real tigers that once wandered here. The cave itself is set among lush green forest and hundreds-year-old gigantic trees, especially in Khiri Wong Valley. The place is peaceful enough that it turns into a medication site. Fascinatingly, it also bears an archaeological importance as stone tools, potsherd, votive tablets and unbaked clays, all are dated back to prehistoric to proto-historic eras.
- Krabi Town – it is a ‘real’ Thai town and as such its street food reflects the Thai experience. You’ll find many ambulant and semi-permanent food stands along Maharat Road and its offshoots at night, all selling noodles, grilled meats and boiled sweet corn as well as Sino-Thai dishes that are as spicy as they are sweet.
