What is the minimum size for a group?
We consider 15 cabins as the minimum number required for
a corporate group. Our ships have the capacity to take
larger groups, up to 2,800 for a charter.
What does the cruise fare
include?
The fare covers your accommodation, onboard
entertainment and activities, with up to 6 meals a day. Please refer to
the terms and conditions of your Passage Contract for a full listing.
What charges are not included?
Port handling charges, holiday surcharges, insurance
surcharges and other incidentals like alcoholic beverages, a la carte
meals, spa treatment and dry cleaning are some of the services that are
not included in the cruise fare.
So, where will I see savings?
Our prices are extremely competitive and affordable as
they are all inclusive and more importantly, include meals,
entertainment and onboard activities. Often meeting planners find costs
differ and are higher when using land-based resorts.
Who will assist with my conference requirements?
We have dedicated staff to assist you in every possible
way. You will be introduced to them prior to your trip.
Rest assured, you will be in good hands.
What about telephone, fax
and email services?
We recognize the need to remain connected to your office
and have all the facilities and services onboard to ensure your urgent
messages are relayed. Telecommunication charges will be charged at the
applicable ship on shore rates.
What about the group's dining arrangements?
For main meals, your executives will be seated in one
area, or if desired, be given open seating. Coffee and tea breaks or
cocktails can be arranged either near the meeting room or in a private
function room.
What about shore arrangements or team
building activities?
We provide a number of pre-arranged shore excursions for
destinations that we cruise to. Alternatively, you may wish to make
arrangements for an exclusive shore excursion, motivational exercises,
beach or team building games onboard or at one or our destinations. Feel
