SUPERSTAR GEMINI’S 2008 ASIAN ITINERARIES TO FEATURE SIX 21-NIGHT SOUTH CHINA SEA SAILINGS
Star Cruises, “The Leading Cruise Line in Asia-Pacific” wishes to announce SuperStar Gemini’s Asian itineraries for the new season commencing in April 2008. She will continue to offer a combination of 7, 10, 11 and 21-night cruises from Singapore to more than 10 destinations across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong which have been proven popular with various markets last season.
The itineraries offer a varied choice of cruising options and destinations which provide a fascinating blend of history, culture, adventure and scenery, ranging from the beaches of Phuket, Ko Samui and Krabi, the pagodas of Bangkok and the mystique island of Langkawi to the colourful street markets in Ho Chi Minh City, historical Penang, cosmopolitan Kuala Lumpur and the rugged rainforests of Sabah and Sarawak in East Malaysia as well as bustling Hong Kong.
The new season will see an increased total of six 21-night South China Sea itineraries sailings on a return journey from Singapore to Hong Kong, calling at Ko Samui and Bangkok in Thailand, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Halong Bay and Nha Trang in Vietnam and Kota Kinabalu and Kuching in East Malaysia. Incorporated within this itinerary are options for either a 10-night Singapore to Hong Kong or 11-night Hong Kong to Singapore cruise with 6 departures each in the new season. The 7-night itineraries from Singapore will call at Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang), Penang and Langkawi Island in Malaysia and Krabi and Phuket in Thailand.
Overnight calls in Halong Bay with an option to visit Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Phuket feature as part of the itineraries which will allow guests the opportunity to leisurely explore the many attractions that each of these destinations have to offer.
